The website has no account creation or contact form. If you contact us by email, phone or Facebook, we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to reply and manage the relevant communication. Web hosting may process technical server logs for security and troubleshooting, such as IP address, request time and browser technical information.
With your consent, the site preference feature may store your language, light/dark theme and text-size choice on your device. This version does not use analytics or advertising tracking.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We handle enquiries and communication based on your initiated contact and the NGO’s legitimate interest in organising its activities. Technical logging needed for website security is based on legitimate interest. Optional site preferences are stored only with your consent.
4. Retention and recipients
We keep correspondence and contact details only for as long as necessary for the communication, project or applicable legal obligations. Technical log retention depends on the web host’s security and logging policy and should be limited to what is necessary. Hosting and communications providers may technically process data to provide their services.
5. External services
The Facebook link on this site is an external link, not an embedded Facebook tracking module. Once you open Facebook, Meta processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. Event links may likewise lead to third-party websites. Our site does not send them your data until you choose to follow the relevant link.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
