CREATE
Start a project, help organise an event or build something new with a team. An idea gains value when it moves into action.
LEAD
Take responsibility for yourself, your team and the result. Leadership is learned here with real people in real situations.

Bike orienteering
A checkpoint challenge through Tartu where movement, QR checkpoints and teamwork come together.
Weekly mentoring meetings
Regular meetings help young people sharpen their ideas, get support from more experienced people and move toward their next steps with clearer focus.
SuveCamp
An international summer camp that brought together young people from Estonia and abroad, creating space for new connections, experience and collaboration.
Bog hikes
An active way to discover Estonian nature, step outside the usual student routine and meet new people.
