MTÜ Tegus Tudeng supports student initiative, social activity and personal growth. We want learning to continue beyond the lecture hall — when a decision has to be made, a team brought together, a problem solved or an idea carried through.
For us, leadership is not just a title. It is the ability to start, listen, decide, involve others and take responsibility. That is why mentoring, projects, organising events and collaboration are central to what we do.
Our statutory goals focus on developing students as leaders, teaching leadership through mentoring, creating opportunities to contribute to society, practising responsibility, and building experience in international relations and project leadership.
