MTÜ Tegus Tudeng supports student initiative, social activity and personal growth. Action is used as a learning method: an idea, a team, responsibility and a real outcome.

## Mission

Create opportunities for students to grow as initiators and leaders through mentoring, practical projects, events and real responsibility.

## Vision

Students should have a place where a good idea can safely grow into a real project and where leadership can be practised with real people in real situations.

## Goals

- support student initiatives and project delivery;
- provide mentoring and practical learning experiences;
- develop responsibility, collaboration and leadership skills;
- create opportunities for international collaboration and project-management experience.
